The Apple(-Pumpkin Bread) of my eye

The Before when the batter has all been mixed and the pans filled and coated with their brown sugar topping:

And believe me, it was so good you should definitely try this at home.  I think making the leftover batter into Pumpkin-Apple muffins was a success especially since I could easily port them into work and snarf them down during the course of the day.

Those chunks of yellow are the baked Granny-Smith apples at work.  Now here’s what became of the Pumpkin-Apple batter that lacked any significant appley chunks:

Pumpkin muffins!! Yipee! These taste good.

    I’m all about snarfing things at work. Mrs. Doctor-Lady told me, “You have to have snacks!” and it was really cute because she said it in her Haitian accent.
