Food City Bytes invented a salad! Its got sugar snap peas, shaved reggiano cheese, avocado and a light lemon balsalmic dressing with black pepper. The lemon and balsalmic vinegrette mixed together well with the soft, warm avocado and the snap of the peas. Next time, adding watercress or frisee would be good.
